Objectives :
To reinforce the European attractivity, by training as well European students as non-European. To preserve different cultures and food identities of different regions as well as to ensure the quality and safety of the products, improving at the same the competitiveness of the food sector.
Conditions for admission :
Graduated with diploma to a minimum level of Bachelor of Science (or equivalent), having already an experience in agro-food sector during their scholarship or their professional life. Good level in French and English languages also required. Selection on cv (resume), university marks and referees recommendation + interview with ESA representatives in English or French.
Curriculum :
Coordinated by ESA Angers, this curriculum is constructed with 6 European partners : ENITAC Clermont-Ferrand (F), ISARA Lyon (F), Harper Adams Univ. College, Newport (UK), Univ. Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, Piacenza (IT), Univ. of Agric. Science, Cluj-Napoca (RO), Univ. de Leon (E).
Alternate program integrating courses, many case studies, practical work and visits in European companies.
Conditions for obtaining :
The diploma of MSc Agro-Food Euro Identity will be awarded if the student will acquire a sufficient number of study credits (minimum of 120 ECTS), which are awarded after individual exams, group work activities, the writing of a substantial thesis and its oral defence.
Job Opportunities :
Executives of the agro-food sector, carrying an international culture, trained in the technical management of typicality and promotion of local and traditional European products in the world.
