We offer to find lodging for you before your arrival, taking into consideration your wishes, but within the limit of what’s possible.

That is :
  A bed-sit, or a shared flat : 270 to 550 €/month + electricity (and heating)
  A host French family : 480 € (half board)
  University hall of residence : 245 €/month.

Financial assistance for accomodation for three months or more :

Students with a ‘carte de séjour’ can get financial aid from the French government (’Aide Personnalisée au Logement’ or ’Allocation Logement’) of between 50 and 200 € per month. The ‘Service International du Groupe ESA’ will assist you with the formalities.

If you are enrolled on an ESA diploma course and your French is far from satisfactory :

If you are beginning an ESA diploma course and your level in French has been judged inadequate by the Admissions Committee of Groupe ESA, then you should accept accommodation in a French family for a minimum of 3 months (perhaps more). Living with a French family will enable you to improve your fluency quicker.
